  • The prices are per apartment and per night plus tourist tax and plus final cleaning.

  • Tourist tax: 3.00 per person per night from the age of 16

  • Pets are not allowed

  • Smoking is forbidden

  • Parking spaces directly at the house

  • Payment options: cash payment only

  • The general terms and conditions for hotel business apply.
  • Check-in: from 2 p. m.
  • Check-out: until 10 a. m.

  • Cancellation:

    • Room cancellations are only valid in writing!
    • Up to 3 month prior to arrival day free of charge
    • Up to 1 month before arrival day 40 %
    • Up to 1 week before arrival day 70%
    • In the last week 90 %

    We recommend a travel cancellation insurance!

  • In the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100 % of the apartment price.
